Hi, I'm Jason. I’m a qualified personal trainer and AfN nutritionist, helping busy people get into the shape of their lives, whilst enjoying the foods they love!
Most people understand the concept of ‘eat less, move more’ when it comes to fitness, but many struggle to put this into practice and achieve their dream physique without the accountability. While I strongly believe in putting clients through their paces during sessions, what makes the biggest difference is the consistency shown outside the sessions - proper recovery and good nutrition.
This is why I adopt I a wholistic and hands-on approach, that requires clients to be accountable daily. It helps to build new habits, change mindsets and ultimately deliver great results, that will last.

After a lot of hesitance and trepidation, I started training with Jason and it has been an awesome experience. I had never properly used a PT before and wasn't sure what to expect. Jason set me up a great workout programme. Although challenging it was good to push myself . I searched for fitness and nutrition during the covid lockdown and found this programme really met my needs .

Having been an active gym user for over 20 years - I always had a good foundation but never managed to get myself to that ‘next level’ even though I had tried different programmes, diets and PT’s.
Jason’s approach is very methodical and his knowledge of training is all there, however, his knowledge on food and diet cannot be over looked- the guy knows his stuff! He monitored how by body was reacting to the changes he made to my diet on a weekly basis and adjusted things accordingly. He has a very user friendly app for the training programme you are following as well as a my fitness pal style food app to log your food and calculate your macros.
I am pleased to say that the goal i had set out to achieve was met, and not only am I in the best shape of my life, I am arguably also the fittest.

Working with Jason was great. Managed to get me really good muscle gains over the 12 week period.
