 Older Personal trainer with 20 + years experience,. Own Purpose built gym. Expertise In Core Fitness,  Strenght and CV conditioning.

What Can I Do For You?

Specilaist Older PT working from Home Gym and in Clients Homes 

Worked in Gyms and Leisure Centres Since 1988. Last 8 years as a Sports Centre Manager at Busy Local College. Now working on my own with loads of Different Clients having built my Own Gym At the back of My House.

I specialise in Weight Loss, Muscle Definition and Core Strenght.

Also willing to travel to Clients House or conduct work outs outdoors whatever is more suitable. Pls Check Locations. I have tons of mobile Equipment, Knowledge and Fun Drills to keep most people motivated.

I work best in one to one Training focusing on your particular needs.  Have just passed my specialist Level 4  in Physical Activity And Weight Management  for Obese and Diabetic Clients. I also work with Cardiac Paitents at Local Hospitals giving fitness sessions for those that need to strengthen their Heart after recent procedures/surgery. this is also a specialist area of fitness that I gained another level 4 qualification in.
