Personal training is available as a 121, Duo or Group.
121 and Duo options include face to face, online or a mix of the two.
4, 8 & 12 session package options available for 121's and Duos.

I came across Milestone Fitness just under a year after giving birth to my second child. I was looking for some postnatal exercises and training support to help me feel stronger in my body and improve my posture. I’d tried looking for exercises online but found the options overwhelming; I also struggled to motivate myself on my own. Jen came along at just the right time! She totally understood what I wanted to achieve and put together programmes that I actually enjoyed doing.
