Hello! I'm Jen, a level 3 personal trainer and a specilalist in Prenatal / Postnatal and Older Adults exercise. I'm passionate about helping others feel stronger, fitter and more confident for the physical demands of daily life.
Personalised training sessions involve exercises to improve your functional strength – movements which mimic our everyday lives. These include low impact resistance exercises e.g. using bodyweight, resistance bands or light weights as well as balance and coordination, mobility, flexibility and breathing techniques.
Prenatal / Postnatal? Are you pregnant and wanting to keep fit and strong to help with your birth and beyond? Are you postnatal and looking to regain your strength and fitness after having your baby / babies? I would love to help you keep strong and fit, achieve your goals and experience all those positive feelings associated with exercise during one of life's most important milestone's.

I came across Milestone Fitness just under a year after giving birth to my second child. I was looking for some postnatal exercises and training support to help me feel stronger in my body and improve my posture.
