I am highly experienced, passionate and have been working as a personal trainer for 15 years.

My interest in all things fitness started when I was a child training in martial arts.    Eventually as a teenager I became a martial arts instructor and in the process fell in love with training in the gym to improve my sparring.  My passion spread to natural bodybuilding and I have taken part in numerous competitions and this led to me competing at a national level.  As well as being a qualified personal trainer I am also a level 4 sports massage therapist.  This helps me deliver the absolute best in exercise programming as my knowledge on human anatomy and biomechanics is excellent.

I have helped many different people reach their absolute best over the years.  For some this might be as simple as developing solid exercise habits.  For others this may be a jaw-dropping transformation!  For those who need to be in their absolute best shape for any reason- holidays, weddings, photoshoots or even preparing for acting roles, I am your one-stop-shop for all of your training and complete dietary guidance.

I work closely with clients as individuals, providing the very best training programmes, using my own 600 square foot private gym, filled with fully commercial standard machines and free weights.  All the benefits of the gym, without the crippling downsides, such as waiting for equipment, lack of cleanliness and other gym members!  My clients vary hugely; from complete beginners all the way through to other personal trainers and competitive athletes.  If you are searching for a coach who can offer the very best experience, expertise and guidance, please check out my website and don't hesitate to get in touch.
