Large, fully equipped and completely private personal training studio just off the A3 near Wimbledon.

What Can I Do For You?

Tim is a hugely passionate, down to earth trainer who makes his clients' individual goals and aspirations his own. If you are interested in building muscle or losing fat, look no further.

Training is of course specific to the client, but he specialises in body transformations.  He currently competes as a drug free bodybuilder, which gives him the necessary "in the trenches" experience required with training and nutrition to produce the best results possible.  Over the years he has worked with a huge variety of different clients: from the celebrity needing to quickly shape up to get on camera, to the bride to be who needs to shift unwanted timber, he can develop a programme that suits your requirements.

Tim owns an exclusive, private personal training studio just off the A3 near Wimbledon/Raynes Park, approximately 20 minutes from central London by train (the studio is a stone's throw from the station).  The studio features equipment you would expect to find in a commercial gym (no pink dumbbells and exercise bands here!).  No matter what your fitness level, your needs will be met.  Tim firmly believes that this is "true" personal training; no waiting for equipment or having to make allowances for other people.

Tim is an enthusiastic, committed and very knowledgeable personal trainer who works with you to achieve your personal goals. During the 18 months I have been personal training with him Tim has helped me to reduce my body fat content by over 10%, develop all over body definition and improve my posture and feel good factor, all this in a fun and supportive way without the need for unrealistic diets or training schedules. We have just set my next set of goals together and I know that with Tim's guidance and encouragement I will achieve them
