Testimonials

I’ve seen Jon in the gym working with other people and, impressed with what I saw, decided to work with him, primarily to aid me with my mobility and issues with my knees as well as all round strength and conditioning. After just two sessions the improvement in my knees has been phenomenal, so much so that I went on my first run in quite some time. His knowledge is fantastic and the advice for what else to do outside of our sessions is welcomed. I look forward to seeing what benefits the coming sessions produce. - Nick Johnson
