I help people build confidence in the gym and build a stronger body that performs better in life.

What Can I Do For You?

Going to a busy gym alone can be a daunting prospect.  My goal is to help you enjoy your training and train effectively to help you build a stronger, more durable body.  Training one on one in a private studio provides you with a great environment to get the most out of your sessions.  The sessions are tailored for you, away from the busy commercial gym floors.

I work with you at a pace that suits you to build a plan that you enjoy and feel able to do.  My style is not to grind you into the ground, but to push you to a level that allows you to train consistently week after week.

If your goal is weight loss, then the thought of following another restrictive diet may not excite you.  My Lean Living Nutrition Coaching will teach you the tools to lose weight sustainably without having to count calories, weigh out food or feel stressed or worried.

The Private Studio based at Merton Abbey Mills is fully equipped and provides everything you need for a high quality and focussed training session.  You will not have to battle for equipment with other gym members, and can build confidence in the private setting.  It's a great environment to learn new things and progress your fitness.
