About Me
Working from a large private PT studio just off the A3. Tailoring specific programs to help you achieve your goals.
What Can I Do For You?
After graduating from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Sports Science and Management, I went on to complete my Personal Training qualifications.
I became a Personal Trainer for David Lloyd and worked my way up to Platinum Personal Trainer status within the company.
During my years of experience I have worked with a variety of clients and goals, specialising in fat loss and increasing muscle mass. I will tailor make a program depending upon each clients goal and current fitness levels and deliver fun and effective sessions to help you achieve these goals, and then set new goals!
The large, fully equipped, studio I work from is perfect for those who prefer a private environment rather than gyms and parks.
Whether you are looking for a lifestyle change, are new to exercise or have been a member of a gym for years I can tailor make time frames and plans to suit you.
