I’m an online personal trainer and Pilates instructor with over 10 years of experience helping clients build strength, improve movement, and achieve lasting physical transformation through intelligent, personalised training.
My passion for fitness began through my background as a national-level competitive swimmer, which shaped my understanding of discipline, performance, and the importance of building a strong foundation of movement. Alongside my coaching experience, I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, allowing me to take a holistic approach that considers the physical, behavioural, and mindset factors that drive long-term results.
I previously owned and ran a personal training gym and studio, managing a team of 15+ trainers and supporting over 100 clients globally aged 18–85. My coaching combines strength training, body sculpting, functional movement, mobility, and Pilates, creating programmes that improve both performance and everyday movement quality.
Throughout my career I have worked alongside physiotherapists and medical professionals, helping clients safely return to training after injury, surgery, or complex health conditions, as well as supporting pre- and post-natal clients.
I regularly work with busy professionals, executives, and individuals who want efficient, expert guidance, designing programmes that deliver results while fitting into demanding lifestyles.
Today I work with clients internationally through live online sessions, supporting individuals across Europe, the Middle East, and North America. My goal is to help you develop a strong, capable body, move with confidence, and build sustainable habits that support long-term health and performance.

I was struggling to lose weight post pregnancy and wanted to get stronger to be able to carry my son, over the last 5 months Lauren has helped me achieve both of those goals. Sessions are always varied and aimed at meeting my goals. I've struggled with back problems recently and Lauren always adapts the sessions if it has flared up that day. I love training virtually! Doing virtual sessions makes it so easier to fit around work and being a mum, I can log off my laptop and be training with Lauren within 5 minutes and then straight after go and pick up my son. Lauren also helped me by giving me guidance on what to eat, how to get more protein into my diet and helped track what so was eating. I couldn't recommend Lauren enough!
