Equipment

I mostly run my PT sessions in a calisthenics and functional gym based in Brixton. I have the equipment needed including weights area, calisthenics area, cardio machine including ski erg and assault bike.

For any park/home session and client's home session, I am able to bring my own equipment including dumbbells, bands, skipping ropes, weight vest, etc...
