I help women to lift, fuel and thrive through midlife and beyond.
Women are becoming more aware of the importance of lifting weights for longevity, but many don't have the knowledge and/or confidence to implement strength training into their day-to-day lives. I bridge this gap by offering friendly and supportive coaching that helps midlife+ women understand the concepts of strength training, and to build strength, nourish their bodies with the right nutrition, and cultivate mental well-being.
I aim to make weightlifting approachable and wellness sustainable, empowering you to thrive long-term.
