I have been training with Rich now for 9 months. I've had personal trainers before and have never achieved the muscle and shape I have currently got from working with Rich. He is motivating, a joy to train with and no two training sessions are the same! This encourages me to keep coming as I want to see results! Rich is a fantastic personal trainer who will also sort out any nutrition plans for you as well.

Wanting to lose weight I joined a gym after an absence of several years. However I knew I needed support and motivation. I joined up with Richard and have been amazed by the results. I have achieved what I had hoped for and much more. At the time I was a size 14 moving slowly to a 16 which was the turning point and now I am a size 10 to 12.
It has been hard work but Richard has made it easier, knowing what to say, giving the right encouragement and somehow knowing when to push me just that bit harder. As well as creating a personal training programme I have been given advice on nutrition and diet. My energy levels have increased and life is easier.
Seeing results is a great motivator but it can still be difficult at times and Richard is there to ensure I am able to sustain the improvements and not go backwards. Richard is approachable and easy to talk to and shows a genuine interest in promoting health and fitness.

He is flexible, arranging sessions to suit me and fit in around my lifestyle, and also recently tailored a training regime specific to me and the sports I play. After attending Richard's circuit classes once a week I wanted to have more individualised sessions. So Richard has been coming to my house for a couple of years now. Through his expert guidance my fitness levels have soared. He is easy going but knows exactly how to motivate and challenge me to get the most out of each session and each session is tailored as needed working on different areas of the body. Richard provides me with home workout sheets and nutrition plans which are specific to my needs, and I can always contact him for extra motivation when needed.
