What Can I Do For You?
I am a REPs registered level 3 advanced trainer with qualifications in gym boxing and sports nutrition. I also have extensive experience in strength and conditioning through seminars , courses and hands on experience and have worked with athletes upto a professional level .I have personally competed in sports for most of my adult life at a national level in basketball and American football, a semi-professional level in MMA and kickboxing and I have competed in both powerlifting and strongman . I have a breadth of knowledge and experience in training people in many different way, I am a very motivated trainer and I believe in efficiency in workouts over everything else! working out in the most optimal way to get you the results you want in the shortest time possible. I have experience training many different types of people from athletes and models to actors and all inbetween. I offer sessions in a fully kitted out private studio in orpington , LEO studios is a top of the range personal training studio with the best kit money can buy . My philosophy is that you should enjoy your training as that is when you will put in the most work , I am not a drill sergeant style trainer , I believe in positive reinforcement and confidence building to get you to your goals .
My standard session price is 60 pounds but I offer many packages and deals to suit any pocket and the first consultation/taster session is only £10 which includes a full insight into your fitness goals and aims and a 30 minute taster workout!
