My programs are tailored to your abilities, your goals and your preferences. I find variety is key to success. Boxing one day to exercise your mind and memory and yoga-based exercises the next to increase your flexibility and provide stress relief.

Training should be fun and effective, this makes it sustainable. My support is not confined to our sessions, I am at your disposal for support and motivation all week. I believe that fitness is personal so the training should be too.

Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer with Premier Training International's industry-recognised 'gold' standard training course.

I take part in long distance cycle races and half marathons to raise money for Mind, MS Society and The Stroke Association.

I believe in the power of exercise on improving mental health as well as the added benefits of outdoor exercise (I still love the rowing machine though).

I specialise in outdoor training as I believe in it's additional health benefits but I also offer training at home and in a local PT gym to utiilse the variation.

Outdoor and local environment, body weight exercises, dumbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, TRX, skipping ropes, boxing (pads), cardio circuits and HIIT, running training, cardio machines, resistance machines.
