NEW FOR 2019! I have now launched an additional service to individuals in the UK and abroad who want to take advantage of my knowledge and expertise in the field but cannot visit. I provide online personal training, you will recieve month by month structured training programmes, nutrition advice and month by month nutrition plans, and ongoing assessments and reviews. You will also recieve a bespoke supplement protocal. This is suitable for indiviudals who are competent in a gym and who are self motivated. Clients will have an initial lengthy assessment, will carry out a food diary for at least a week prior to receiving a nutritional plan, and will be expected to log all aspects from training to diet throughout the course. You will also have continuous access to me via email. All based on years of training and exercise science- no cut and paste programmes from magazines.

I have been consulted by a raft of publications on various aspects of fitness from fat loss, ski fitness, strength training, core training to protocols for training at 50+. I have featured in Men's Running, Women's Running, Grazia, BodyFit, Readers Digest and many more.
During my career I have had the privilidge of training elite athletes including county and England cricketers and trained athletes to become the British Boxing Champion and London's Toughest Fire Fighter.
I have also trained clients to improve body composition, improve their performance for an upcoming challenge, overcome injury, to be functionally fit, and to feel and be healthy.
As a nutritionist I am also able to provide diet plans to help you reach your goals and enhance the outcome of your training.
I have studied at UK strength & conditioning association under world class, Olympic coaches and continue to educate myself on the subject.
As a client you will receive all the ongoing support you need as I am always at the end of the phone!
