Experienced trainer providing results-based personal training for men and women in Finchley, online and surrounding areas who want to transform their body shape, health and energy levels.

A comprehensive and progressive training programme designed to get you fitter, leaner and stronger whilst allowing you to work at the level that’s right for you.

I train my clients using a combination of: resistance exercises, cardio drills and nutritional guidance personalized around your lifestyle and fitness goals. 

I am currently running small group and 1-1 training live on zoom, daily.
