I specialize in training women of all backgrounds and my workouts are designed to make you feel fit, healthy, beautiful and resilient! My programmes are a fusion of strength, pilates and high intensity style training methods with a focus on burning fat, boosting your metabolism and sculpting your body. Each programme is thoughtfully tailored to meet the fitness goals, body type, lifestyle needs and physical abilities of each individual client.

As a nutritional advisor, I'm happy to help create a healthier and more effective nutrition plan for you to support your goals (such as weight loss, muscle gain, maintaining weight loss, etc) as part of your programme, and work with you towards changing negative or destructive eating habits if this is something you might need help with. 

I pride myself on being a friendly, non-intimidating personal trainer who cares about creating a long lasting change (both physical and mental), by educating, encouraging and pushing you in a way that brings out the best results in you.  

Training pre and post-natal clients is something I find incredibly rewarding and exciting. Before beginning a programme, I take all pre and post-natal clients through a few forms and questionnaires (and usually a discussion) in order for me to factor in any health issues, conditions, obstacles or injuries (or simply the requirements of which trimester you are in if pre-natal). My goal is to work together in the most safe and responsible way, and at a pace that works best for you. 

I offer a 30 minute consultation free of charge to answer any questions you may have and discuss the kind of training that might work for you. Please email to arrange consultation or book sessions. 

Sessions at home or in park (Weekday daytimes only): Southgate, Palmers Green, Winchmore Hill, Wood Green, Alexandra Palace.

Sessions at Gym in N19: Weekday & Saturday daytimes, all weekday evenings. No gym membership required.

When I first met Bahar I was overweight by 3 stone and really unhappy with my figure. I felt breathless, out of shape and unhealthy. She offered me a trial session and and I accepted, not really hoping for much but willing to try anyway. My first weigh-in after two weeks of training with her were astonishing - I had actually lost half a stone! This is when I first began thinking "I can actually do this!" B was extremely helpful and really hands-on, always giving me tips about my eating habits, going through my diet with me and tailoring it based on how often I was working out and the kind of training we were doing. She never gave me more than I could handle and made sure I was completely at ease with each exercise we did. She helped me to grow in confidence with everything I was unsure about and always encouraged me when I was struggling to get through a set. Currently, I'm extremely happy to say I have lost 3 stone and have been maintaining my weight of 60kg for the past couple of months - I was 80kg when we started out! My whole lifestyle has changed and I'm beginning to see muscle definition - something I never thought possible for me. I have marvelled at how I have grown stronger with each exercise B has introduced me to. Training with B isn't about losing weight, it ultimately becomes a lifestyle change.
