I come from a successful sporting background including swimming competitively at a county & national level, and raced internationally in slalom skiing winning both individual and team events during a very exciting career. My own training is currently based around long distance running, cycling and mountain biking which is all complimented by the variety conditioning and cardio based classes.
My sporting background and experience enables me to provide expert training for long distance events including triathlon & marathon running, whilst my qualifications in advanced personal training ensures that I provide a superior level of training to the industry standard.
Having suffered sporting injuries along the way, I have a special in-depth interest in injury rehabilitation and in postural awareness and correction. Whilst I do specialise in specific areas I am also qualified to provide expert guidance and training on weight management, nutrition and core stability, Kettle Bell training.
Bespoke Training
I train a number of clients who all have very different and specific needs from strength training to endurance competitions. I have a reputation for getting the most from them, by providing both the motivation and the extra push that is so often needed. That said my goal in training is to make every session as much fun as possible whilst satisfying the need for originality and variety.

From my dedicated Video Personal Training Studio I can instruct you and coach you using a range of equipment and materials. We can train using simply your body weight or a range of materials such as TRX suspension trainers, dumbbells, pulleys and weightlifting bars.
