What Can I Do For You?

To identify your fitness goals and help establish a healthy lifestyle with built-in
exercise routines that are even easily sustainable and manageable on your
own, this is my philosophy to personal training.
As a professional PT with a level 3 certificate in fitness training and sports
massage, I’ve worked with many clients in the past, and felt it’s important to
understand how to help clients build the sporty-confidence gradually and get
into habits of an active lifestyle that suits them, so they can carry on and
maintain their ideal body image and results even when my services are no
longer needed.
It’s also important to make good observations of each client, to help them
understand a realistic route to weight loss, mobility or strength building,
because the truth is, everyone is different, so I’m here to help you understand
and accept your own body with tailor-made fitness solutions.

I’ve trained as an acrobat since my childhood, and carried on living a fitness-
oriented lifestyle and career. Through out the years, I realised it’s not always

just a certain amount of cardio, or HIIT circuit will lift a spirit that’s been
bombarded by fitness information and long-term body image-induced anxiety
and confusion. In reality, it takes a great amount of care for the mind to
change first, which is coupled with effective fitness routines and nutritional
plans.
I’m sure you are already familiar with trendy exercises such as HIIT, Interval &
boxing training etc, and my mission beyond those exercises is to make fitness
accessible, sustainable, enjoyable, and transformative for you.
Sessions can take place at your house, office, hotel or residential gym
facilities, even in the living room or your garden. Also optional at my local gym in Greenwich.
