I run my PT sessions outdoors in local parks or I can travel to your home so you don't have to leave the comfort of your living room. I love working out using bodyweight and bands, so you don't need any special equipment for our sessions. I also run weekly group fitness classes if you want to add additional workouts to your PT sessions.
I am fully qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, have been teaching group fitness classes for years, am particularly passionate about bodyweight training and have also done an additional course in Padwork (Boxing). I also have over 12 years experience as a dance teacher.
I recently completely a CPD course in "Mindful Nutrition" which addresses the complex relationship we have with food, with the aim of being able to help you address things like Yo-yo dieting and emotional eating.

The group sessions are full body workouts and easily adapted for all levels, from those who can do pull ups on their own, to those who have never considered one and prefer staying on the ground. "I LOVE what Awesome Bodies stands for and I can't recommend Dani as a trainer more. The world needs more body positivity and Dani is the perfect mix of approachable and motivating! She always makes me want to challenge myself and push myself hard - but it never feels like an impossible task (unlike when I try and fumble my way through the gym alone!) - I've been to her bootcamps and the environment is supportive and inclusive - I've been to others from other PTs where I've felt so out of the loop and either intimidated or not pushed enough.
