About Me

I am an industry-leading Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience in health and fitness.

What Can I Do For You?

I specialise in helping busy city professionals to increase strength and conditioning, lose weight and improve overall health and wellbeing. I take a holistic approach to fitness which is based on five main areas: (1) Training, (2) Movement, (3) Nutrition (4) Psychology and (5) Lifestyle.

I have provided contributions for health and fitness magazines and journals as well as working with leading organisations such as The FA, LTA and British Academy. Prior to setting up my own personal training business and working at a boutique health club in South Kensington, I was based at the prestigious Third Space City club in the City of London.

My training style aims to empower, motivate and support clients of all levels and abilities to achieve their fitness goals.
