What Can I Do For You?
I have been working within the industry for over 7 years, during this time I graduated with a BSc in Strength & Conditioning Science at St Marys University. This provided me the neccesary knowledge to understand human movement, physiology & anatomy, while I continue to educate myself. Following university I worked with professional athletes in high performing environments alongside my private personal training clients. My clients vary from CEO's wanting to improve their health and performance, young professionals aiming to look, feel and perform at their best and the older individual training to reduce pain and improve quality of life.
I am a personable & determined person who intends to listen, plan & work together with my clients, towards achieving their health & performance goals in the most efficient way possible. I aim to create an enjoyable environment while helping you to get the results you want.
Services
1 to 1 personal training - High quality tailored service, delivered in state of the art facility (Marylebone). Home service in the local areas also available.
Hybrid Training - One face-face session per month followed by a tailored online coaching program delivered through my app. This is perfect for anyone that is independant but sees the value in spending an hour a month together going through technique and the finer elements of their program. You will have daily access to me through the app.
Online Training - Tailored online coaching program delivered through my app which includes monthly check-ins with me. Consultation includes a look into your current health and goals. You will have daily access to me through the app.
