Aneta is a truly outstanding trainer. She is tailors a programme that works for your specific goals and needs and evolves it as you progress. She plans the workout ahead but is always flexible  and will readily adjust if you have a particular  issue. The variety is endless so you are never bored. And her command of technique and knowledge of the body is absolutely amazing!  She is also a delightful person - friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in you. 
I worked with Aneta since January and in addition to losing weight, fat  and inches have made major improvements in my flexibility and strength. I’m thrilled! 
I cannot recommend her highly enough - you won’t be disappointed! 

Aneta visits our house 3 times a week early in the morning or in the evening. It is always a pleasure to welcome her as she is such an uplifting character. She makes the 1 hour sessions very enjoyable as she tailors them to your specific needs and listens very carefully to your feedback, both verbal and physical.

For me Aneta has helped my general fitness, strength and helped towards my weight loss goals. Also, very importantly, she has worked with me specifically to improve my posture – it is now significantly improved from when we started working together.

Aneta is very motivational in a quiet and considered way, and very effective…!



Where I Train

In a Gym :1 to 1 Studio :Your Home :


Body weight including TRX. One you've build a good foundation, you will train using Kettlebells and Dumbbells.

For high-intensity cardio I like to use Skipping Rope as well as Boxing.
