What Can I Do For You?

Hi, I’m Marieta. I love to inspire my clients to be as passionate about fitness and wellbeing as I do and there is nothing more rewarding to me than helping someone meet their individual goals. I realise how being unfit, struggling to loose weight or in need of help with lower back and hips management after an injury or operation can affect many aspects of your life and I can be there for you to help you discover the benefits and joys of training that helped me become the person I am today. I’m here to be your personal guide on every step of the journey. I specialise in all forms of health and fitness training, utilising my in-depth knowledge and experience resulting in many happy, more confident, and more robust clients. For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than attending the gym. It’s about adopting daily functional movement patterns in order to activate and strengthen the weak muscles that are necessary for body muscle balance and injury prevention.

Prices:

Personal Training online

£35 per one-hour session if a minimum of 4 sessions are booked (£140 per person). 

Personal Training at your home or at the gym in Kidlington

£40 per session if a minimum of 4 sessions are booked (£160 per person)

Additional travel costs may be charged if you live more than five miles outside of Kidlington.

Personal Training in Summertown 

£45 per session if a minimum of 4 sessions are booked (£180 per person)

I have been having problems with knee and leg stiffness etc. Marieta has devised a regime which I do everyday to help recover my fitness. We then review it and add extra exercises or do adjustments. Don’t miss out on one of Marieta’s great Pilates classes!
I’m an active 47 year old with plenty of aches and pains from sports over the last 30 years. I’ve always stretched and warmed down but have always suffered with sore and tight hips/back/glutes etc.
I’ve been attending Marieta’s Pilates classes since the summer 1-2 a week and all my aches and pains have reduced or disappeared!
My core and back strength has also improved greatly. Marieta’s classes are excellent for all abilities, always providing options for all levels of fitness. The classes I have attended have had a really nice friendly and welcoming feeling, all ages are catered for.
It’s been the best decision I’ve made in years to attend Marieta’s classes, I wished I had found her classes years ago…..
I highly recommend them if your active, run, cycle, swim etc to support recovery and flexibility.

My doctor recommended pilates for the bladder problems I was experiencing. I had never been to a gym or class before so walking through that door was one of the scariest things I'd ever done! I needn't have worried though, Marieta is so warm and professional. She listens carefully to individuals needs while making everyone feel part of a group. I have been attending Marieta’s Pilates class for the last 3+ years which I have found has greatly helped me with easing joint pain and improving my balance and suppleness. I have also recently started attending her low impact aerobics class, which is helping me with my coordination, believe me that’s a real challenge for her! I started seeing Marieta 4 weeks ago to improve my fitness and strength whilst preventing injury. I have in the past attended exercise classes but due to the size, often my posture isn’t corrected so I end up with injuries. Marieta has been excellent in ensuring that before each exercise my form is correct. Marietta has been my PT now for the last couple of months. We are working on balance, stability and muscle strength in the lower limb and spine.
