Why I Do It

The MPH Method is a five-stage whole body practice that I initially developed for actors/actresses who needed to be in peak condition for TV/film roles. With increased interest and demand, I decided to open the method up to everyone – not just those exclusively in the entertainment industry. Since then, I have helped numerous clients reach their physical and mental potential.

Who I Am

I have over 14 years experience of working as a personal trainer and have a proven track record in getting results from all my clients. I have worked with celebrities, amateur and elite athletes and enable every client to be their own world-class competitor. I pride myself on my ability to motivate and inspire every individual to reach their own goals and overcome personal barriers.

Where I Am

I have two studios - one in North London and one in South London offering easy access across the city. I also offer one-ones in the comfort of your own home.

I understand that some clients do not wish to undergo the full 5 stage program and therefore I offer each part of the program as stand alone services that you can buy individually or in blocks.

I had trained with Matt as part of a feature in the Daily Telegraph magazine where I was competing with a colleague of mine to see how much weight we could lose in a three month period. I must say that I really did not want to take any part of this but Matt coaxed me through the tough initial stages and emphasised to me the importance of eating and training effectively.
