About Me

I am a PT based in New Malden who specialises in meeting the goals of my clients.

What Can I Do For You?

I'm a female trainer working with both men and women in my home or garden - weather permitting.

My clients ages range from 22 to 71 - so it's never too early or too late.

Fitness does not have to be boring, massively expensive or time consuming.

Every programme I design is tailored to a specific individual with specific goals. And, no two weeks would be the same.

Whether you want to build strength, improve fitness, lose weight, tone up, correct postural imbalances or have specific issues such as knee or back pain I can help.

Working alongside physios, chiropractors and osteopaths ensures the best results after injuries and a return to fitness in a safe and controlled way.

I've been doing fitness and strength training with Nicky for 3 years. And I'm not planning on stopping any time soon! Nicky is the best PT you can ever work out with. She's fun, knowledgeable, determined to help you with your goals or find you one if you cant think of any! She always has new exercises up her sleeves, never makes a week the same as the previous one, and makes you laugh in between crunches!

After these 3 years of working out with Nicky, my body has changed for the better. I am strong, in my body and my mind. 

On top of PT training, she also has extensive nutrition knowledge, which came in handy when I realised I had to lose a bit of weight. Her support and advice through it were amazing, and I lost the weight without depriving myself or feel like I was actually dieting. It was a holistic diet approach, sustainable (as still needed strength to keep on training) and I gained an amazing knowledge that I know I will keep on using every day.

I'd like to think Nicky is now a good friend that I look forward to seeing every week, and that I'll keep on seeing for a chat and a kettle bell lifting for the next years to come.

I started training with Nicky initially as I wanted to tone up for my wedding day...that was almost 3 years ago...

Since then I have been hooked and trained for a variety of events (with the help and guidance from Nicky) ranging from marathons, 100 mile bike rides and even a half iron man.

Nicky tailors each session to me and my specific goals. They are always enjoyable and challenging and no week is the same. (Thank goodness, who wants to do roll outs every week??)

My body has grown stronger and I have progressed from not being able to do any push ups to now being able to do many.

Whether you just want to tone up or reach a certain goal, Nicky is fun and knowledgeable and will help in achieving this. I can’t recommend her enough

Absolutely fantastic trainer! Clearly knows her stuff, as further confirmed by my Chiropractor when they compared notes to design the best personalised training plan for me. I feel fitter and stronger already and actually have fun training which is a new experience for me :) I thoroughly recommend Nicky for anyone looking to build strength and fitness.

Being tall and reasonably aerobically fit because of my activities I wanted a programme that would target core strength and flexibility, something I knew inwas lacking but that could only help me enjoy my sports further. I was also concerned that whatever I did would not increase muscle bulk or add any additional weight. Nicky understood my requirements and the logic behind them and, having established whether my goals were sensible, created a programme for me. As well as detailed written instructions she also created excellent video tuition and the two worked well together to remind me of how my form should be during exercise and how much it should hurt! I am now into the second part of the programme and I'm very pleased with the results. Core strength is making a big difference when playing football, cycling and windsurfing (not at the same time!). Nicky's interest in my progress is good and her keenness to review and plan for the next steps are infectious.
