Although my training is top notch, my overheads are low, so I keep prices reasonable. Sessions are fun, varied and above all, effective.
As a qualified trainer with over 15 years of experience I offer fitness programmes for all ages and abilities. I believe exercise should be fun, because if you don't enjoy your workouts, you won't stay a client for long.
That's not to say you'll have an easy ride. You'll be motivated to push yourself - often to levels you may have thought were beyond your capability - while I keep a watchful eye on your performance and technique.
Then, as we progress, I'll introduce new exercises to keep sessions fresh.
I guarantee that if you're prepared to put in the effort and stick to these progressive routines, then together we'll reap the rewards.
I'm not keen on crowded fitness centres, preferring the freedom and fresh air of London's parks to serve as my office. However, if the weather turns particularly bad, I have sole use of a fully equipped indoor gym. This is particularly handy for clients who are keen to work on their strength and conditioning.
