About Me

Want to tone-up but not a fan of the gym? I have the qualifications, experience and enthusiasm to give you an excellent workout in the local park or convenience of your own home. Although my training is of the highest calibre my overheads are low, which means I can afford to keep prices reasonable. That said; I have all the equipment necessary to make sessions fun, varied and - above all – extremely effective.

What Can I Do For You?

As a fully qualified trainer I offer fitness programmes for all ages and abilities. I believe exercise should be fun, because if clients don't enjoy their workouts they won't stay clients for long. That's not to say you'll have an easy ride. During each session you'll be motivated to push yourself - often to levels you may have thought were beyond you - while I keep a watchful eye on your performance and technique.

Then, as we progress I'll introduce new exercises to keep sessions fresh. I guarantee that if you're prepared to put in the effort and stick to these progressive routines, then together we'll reap the rewards. 

I'm not keen on gyms, preferring the freedom and fresh air of London's lovely parks and open spaces to serve as my office.
