MEAN Training is an elite level personal training service in Leicester for individuals who are tired of not reaching their potential, and who crave competitive results.

We have stripped away all of the fads, gimmicks and fitness dogma and developed a highly effective, proven transformative method involving an extremely fun and enjoyable mix of strength training, nutritional coaching, personal mentoring and community!
