I am a REPS certified PT, having qualified with Premier Training International via their industry-recognised ‘gold’ standard training course.

I've always been involved in supporting and developing people through my work having previously worked as a Youth Worker and Football Coach.

I am passionate and inspired to help people realise their potential both physically and mentally. I feel very fortunate to have found a job in Personal Training that allows me to do this. 

I take part in Olympic distance Triathlons, Half-Marathons, Marathons and Cycle Sportifs.

I started training with Joe in a bid to shift my pregnancy weight and get fit after nearly three years without exercise. Joe was so reassuring and really listened to what I wanted, building a programme for me that was ambitious but achievable around childcare and sleep depravation!
Every session was varied and exciting but he picked up on my passion for boxing and worked with me to develop both strength and technique. Within a few weeks my fitness level was noticeably improved and I'd lost inches round my waist.
Joe also had me keep a food diary and did a nutritional analysis - motivating me to cut out a lot of unhealthy food, and purge me of my sweet tooth!
