What Can I Do For You?
My name is Michael Bunney and I have always been passionate and interested in fitness and sports. I am mobile so I travel to you either at the comfort of your own home, outdoors, work, online or wherever you can. Whether you want to lose weight, gain strength, improve endurance or all at once I can help create you a program tailored especially for you involving any preferences you may have aswell as keeping you safe and injury free. I am also a qualified chef so if nutrition is something that you are struggling with I can also teach you how to cook using fresh ingredients that are simple, healthy and delicious.
