I'm a qualified personal trainer specialise in pre/post natal, a level 3 Pilates instructor and an indoor cycling instructor and group fitness instructor.
Have been working in the fitness industry for over 12 years.

At the moment postnatal group fitness in different location in hackney.
Personal training sessions at the comfirt of your home or at a privet garden studio in Stoknewington/ Dalston area. Or at a location park for outdoor sessions all round Hackney and islington area.
As a level 3 pilates I do privet sessions or small groups of up to 4 people at a local privet studio, local Hackney park or at your home.
When training with me you can expect great sessions that are specific for different body types in order to tone, lose body fat, control weight and build muscle.
I combine my training sessions with excellent nutrition advice and will help you manage a food diary so it's easier to maintain a healthy and balanced diet.
I'm very passionate about my work and enjoy being a personal trainer. I always keep my sessions fun, exciting and challenging but, most importantly, doable and tailored specifically for each client and her/his needs.
