We'll train from a fully equipped personal training studio in Stoke Newington. This is perfect for those who don't have a gym membership, or feel intimidated or overwhelmed by busy commercial gyms. I offer a safe and comfortable environment where you'll be able to learn correct form and build your confidence with lifting weights. I aim to make you feel supported whilst pushing you to achieve more than you might have thought you were capable of.
I offer flexible pricing options allowing you to train individually or with a friend, with options to pay monthly or per session.
I am pre-and-post natal trained, and also work with many women who are peri or post menopausal. I also work with a number of male clients looking to build strength or muscle.
I’m currently studying to become a running coach and will offer additional services in this are in 2025.
