About Me

Roger Love is a friendly, experienced trainer, working in his own private studio in Netil House, Hackney E8, and parks.

What Can I Do For You?

I AM a personal trainer in Hackney, east London. I work with people from all walks of life who want to look and feel great and have energy for day-to-day life.

I offer friendly, supportive, challenging and enjoyable training, in my private personal training studio in Netil House, Hackney E8, or in a park.

Sessions are based on weight training (including with a bench press rack) and bodyweight exercises with padwork boxing, and other styles of training, such as HIIT, and equipment such as medicine balls, Bosu and other balance pads, and TRX suspension trainer.

Alongside exercise sessions, there are two more key parts to getting fit: nutrition and activity (the movements of daily life). I will help you work on those, too.

I qualified as a personal trainer in 2009 with YMCAfit, and hold qualifications in nutrition and ante/post natal exercise, as well as in padwork boxing, running, core fitness, circuit training and kettlebells.

I offer a free trial session and there's no extra charge for couples. A full price list is on my website.  

I am the father of two daughters, and a governor at a Hackney academy.

This time six months ago, I would never have dreamed I’d be running half marathons, 10km and, frankly, running at all. Roger has gently but firmly transformed my fitness level and my shape, but mostly my attitude.
