About Me

Roger Love is a friendly, experienced trainer, working in and parks across Hackney.

What Can I Do For You?

I AM a personal trainer in Hackney, East London. I have 12 years experience working with people from all walks of life who want to look and feel great and have energy for day-to-day life.

I offer friendly, supportive, challenging and enjoyable training in parks - including London Fields, Well Street Common, Mabley Green and Hackney Downs - and also have the option of indoor weights training.

Sessions are based on bodyweight exercises with padwork boxing, and other styles of training, such as HIIT, and equipment such as the TRX suspension trainer.

Alongside exercise sessions, there are two more key parts to getting fit: nutrition and activity (the movements of daily life). I will help you work on those, too.

I offer a free trial session and there's no extra charge for couples. A full price list is on my website.

I have been training with Roger in London Fields for six months (together with baby and dog in tow) after giving birth. I can honestly say I look forward to every session and absolutely hate it when I have to miss one. I started training with Roger in preparation for the Etape du Tour bike race in the French alps. Living in London, it’s difficult to replicate the impact of long hill climbs on the legs.
