Course Content

You will work through your Level 2 Gym Instructing qualification at your own pace using a combination of online learning, webinars, tutorials and practical workshops. You will be heavily supported at each step by our team of genuine fitness experts, who are available to help you from 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week!

You will study a range of modules in this course including;

• Principles of anatomy, physiology and fitness
• Professionalism and customer care for fitness instructors
• Health and safety in the fitness environment
• Conducting client consultations to support positive behaviour change
• Planning and instructing gym-based exercise

In terms of assessment you will complete the below tasks (you have FREE unlimited attempts at all of these!)

• Coursework,
• Multiple choice theory exams
• Practical exam
