Competing in basketball at a district level ignited his love for physical challenges, and his commitment to bodybuilding further deepened his understanding of fitness. Inspired by a desire to explore diverse disciplines, Eric has also delved into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, constantly pushing his boundaries.
With over a decade of experience training clients, Eric has honed his skills in working with individuals from all walks of life, including athletes striving for peak performance. His extensive experience allows him to tailor programs that cater to a wide range of fitness needs and goals.
