About me..

Hello! My name is Jill, an experienced PT, endurance runner (former British Masters gold medalist) and mother of two young children.  I have been training people of all abilities for more than 12 years, and understand the challenges of fitting health and fitness into a busy life. 

I am proud to have built up expert knowledge in my area, and to use my experience to help all of my clients whatever they want to achieve.

If you choose PT with me you can expect simple, professional and informed advice at all times - I don't follow fads or gimmicks or try to upsell products or unhealthy diet plans, and you won't find photo-shopped images of fitness models on my facebook page!  


Advanced Exercise Specialist (REPS Level 4), Level 3 Personal Trainer, Nutrition and Weight Management,  Pre and Post Natal Exercise, Exercise (Medical) Referral, Small Group Trainer, UKA Coach in Running Fitness, member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) and member of the National Register of Personal Trainers.  I specialise in home and outdoor training, whether 1-2-1, as a couple or in a small group.
