Hi! I’m Heleyna-Ann, experienced mobile personal trainer in Billericay, including Wickford, Stock, Basildon - and everywhere in between.

I bring fun, energising workouts with a variety of kit directly to your home - plus a step-by-step strategy to help you build your fitness, strength and health - with body transformation & confidence at the centre.

The key to unlock successful results is having the right plan that's tailored to you and simple to follow - with guidance & support to keep you motivated.

We'll work together to create a personalised exercise, healthy eating and lifestyle programme that you'll love - using an approach that's fun, empowering and keeps you in control.

Step 1 - let's understand your goals, starting point and context, and start to build your personalised programme in my FREE initial session.

Step 2 - we'll launch a tailored plan that includes the highest impact path to get results quickly - in the easiest way and with the long-term in mind.

Step 3 - fuelling your programme will be our twice-weekly 1:1 workouts, tailored to you and focused on your fitness, strength and weight loss goals.

Step 4 - as part of the sessions, we'll check-in every week to see how it's going, and help you stay motivated and on track.

And Step 5 - after the initial six weeks, we'll chat through your progress & experience, review your plan and discuss and agree the best way forward.

With over 3 years mobile personal experience, working with 60+ people, I understand how it feels to want to experience fitness & body confidence - I'm here to break down the barriers by making it as EASY as possible for you to really transform your fitness - without all the hassle & judgement of the gym.
