I live in the Colchester area and started my journey with Phil nearly 10 months ago - I wanted to become generally a fitter person - diet, activity, core strength - I was 54 and quite nervous about starting the process. Phil has not only made it enjoyable and challenging but has pushed and supported me throughout.
He does home sessions, and supported running sessions along with strength, mobility and changing behaviour around nutrition/eating and drinking.
He also has a great way of communicating and explaining exercises in a fun way which make them easier to remember.
A revelation for me and I could not speak highly enough of the positive impact he continues to have on my journey.
