I live in the Colchester area and started my journey with Phil nearly 10 months ago - I wanted to become generally a fitter person - diet, activity, core strength - I was 54 and quite nervous about starting the process. Phil has not only made it enjoyable and challenging but has pushed and supported me throughout.
He does home sessions, and supported running sessions along with strength, mobility and changing behaviour around nutrition/eating and drinking.
