What Can I Do For You?

Hello. I cover South Gloucestershire, Bristol and Bath area offering personal training and sports massage. I pride myself in ensuring that each 1:1 training session is individually designed for you with a balanced mix of exercises to give you a total workout based at your own fitness and strength levels. My sessions will motivate and push you that bit further than you might think possible. Progress in fitness can be measured in so many ways, such as timing how long it takes to travel from point A to point B, or how long you can hold a particular exercise. You’ll be surprise at how quickly your body reacts to exercise and with my help, your progress will continue beyond the initial goals you set.
