About Me

Experienced and friendly Personal Trainer based in Jesmond helping clients achieve their health, fitness and wellbeing goals.

What Can I Do For You?

With 14 years experience in the health and fitness industry, I have worked with a diverse range of clients (male and female of all ages and abilities). I like to take a holistic approach to lifestyle while motivating clients to reach their own specific health and fitness goals (from improving strength and fitness levels, weight loss or improving overall wellbeing and reducing stress), treating them as the unique individual they are. I also offer sports massage.

Based in private Studios on Clayton Park Square in Jesmond, I offer a fully equipped PT studio for one to one (or small group) Personal Training, offering a wide range of equipment for fun, creative, challenging and results based sessions.  The Studios are also have changing rooms and shower facilities.

We also run small group, ladies only classes in a large Studio which include Pilates, Yoga, HIIT, Circuits and Kettlebell.
