Experienced and friendly Personal Trainer based in Jesmond helping clients achieve their health, fitness and wellbeing goals.

What Can I Do For You?

With over 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry, I have worked with a diverse range of clients (male and female of all ages and abilities). I like to take a holistic approach to lifestyle while motivating clients to reach their own specific health and fitness goals (from improving strength and fitness levels, weight loss or improving overall wellbeing and reducing stress).  Every client is treated like the unique individual they are.

Based in exclusive private Studios on Clayton Park Square in Jesmond, I offer two PT studios for one to one (or small group) Personal Training, with a wide range of equipment for fun, creative, challenging and results based sessions. 

I also offer sports massage.
