Hi there! I'm Sara, a dedicated personal trainer with a passion for fitness that began during my teenage years as a dancer. I pride myself on combining friendliness with a strong emphasis on safety and proper form in every exercise.

In our sessions, my goal is not only to push you to achieve your fitness goals but also to help you build the confidence to continue your journey independently. Together, we'll develop healthy, sustainable habits that you can carry with you for life.
