I'm a Level 3 Personal Trainer with 10 years' experience. I’ve worked in a number of commercial gyms, most recently as a Platinum Trainer at David Lloyd, and now train clients at my home studio in Guildford. Sessions will be tailored towards your specific goals and fitness level, incorporating a variety of resistance training, conditioning and HIIT. I have a wide selection of free weights and functional kit so whatever stage you're at on your fitness journey, I'll have something suitable for you.
My clients have ranged athletic 20 somethings to people in their 70s who have never set foot in a gym. I have experience in antenatal and postnatal training and working around a host of injuries and health issues. I’ll use my knowledge and experience to ensure your workouts are effective and challenging, while keeping them fresh and interesting.
