I'm Ryan Evans, an experienced trainer, coach, consultant and motivational speaker. My non-judgemental, effective approach gives you workable solutions for your health and fitness problems. 

My whole-person approach helps you maintain that enthusiasm for change. Instead of being a short-term wonder, my programme helps you change your health for life. It's all in my motto: Get Motivated. Stay Motivated. 

MY motivation is about helping you achieve your goals! It is about kick-starting that journey and putting you on the right path to getting the results you desire. We will get you to that ultimate destination and have fun along the way!

In the space of two months of working with Ryan I managed to lose 10kg, two dress sizes and achieve some pretty massive goals. I’d been overweight pretty much since I finished university (a long time!) and had tried, at various times in my life, to shift the extra weight. The fad diets and exercise programmes I set myself never seemed to stick and I’d get bored and go back to my old ways.
Ryan got me started on an achievable and sustainable exercise plan, we started slowly and took it from there. Ryan is extremely motivating and somehow manages to make you push yourself harder than you imagined you could without actually noticing! I set myself the challenge to run 100 miles in November. (The fact that I had enough belief in myself to even consider such a task is all down to the feeling of empowerment that Ryan instilled in me.) We completed the challenge on a cold Monday evening with a half marathon!
Ryan was my rock throughout the month; whether it was joining me on a long run when he knew I was struggling or being the voice at the end of the phone saying the right things. There is something incredibly inspiring about having someone like Ryan in your life, he makes you want to achieve your goals and make him proud in doing so.
I went from zero to being able to run 100 miles AND do a half marathon in two months! I feel AMAZING. Thank you SO much Ryan, I couldn’t have done it with you.
