KT Fitness & Nutrition provides personal training and nutritional services across Skipton, North and West Yorkshire and surrounding areas. With our exclusive private gym studio.

We are a team of professional and approachable exercise professionals offering services seven days a week. Training with us can be challenging however all training programs are personalised to your abilities and goals.  We push you to work hard which in turn will change your own expectations of what you can achieve. KT Fitness provides you with the training and nutritional tools to make changes which will last a lifetime. What kind of trainer are you?

I am passionate about all things exercise! In my sessions I create varied exercise routines to suit the individual no matter the ability or fitness level. I enjoy challenging individuals to push further and progress in their own fitness, strength and stamina. I tend you make the most of every minute so that individuals see results fast! I have at times been described as a hard task driver but I use this to ensure each person meet their own goals.

Overall my aim is to provide individuals with a step by step plan to make the changes they want a reality.

Specialisms

I specialise in Strength and Conditioning services for Runners alongside Paragon Physiotherapy. We have worked with a number of different runners and triathletes in progressing their own performance, technique and speed.

I didn’t have the confidence to go to the gym due to my health issues. My previous experiences of exercise were awful and was fearful of doing any exercise at all! I was quite nervous about having a personal trainer however Katy came to visit me on a weekly basis at home. She put together a training program that was challenging but manageable and make sure I do the exercises properly. Alternatively you may prefer to train at home and wish to take advantage of our Personal Trainer’s expertise in an appropriate space in your own house.

All our trainers are qualified to a minimum Level 3 and are members of the Register of Exercise professionals and the National Register of Personal Trainers. In addition our trainers are qualified exercise referral specialists and can help you if you have specific respiratory, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, psychological or metabolic conditions. Using results from physical assessments our trainers implement progressive exercise routines appropriate to your medical condition.

We focus on teaching functional exercises, ensuring your body works at its optimum potential, is well balanced and you have great posture meaning you acquire a better set of exercise skills. We use a wide range of equipment to create a unique experience and challenging workout. We rely on the skills of our trainers to ensure exercises are completed with the best technique, good posture and correction of imbalances.
