I have been a personal trainer since June 2010,i started in a big gym chain. I have had my own studio since September 2018

What Can I Do For You?

Do you ever make yourself and your health a priority? Juggling work,family,kids, generally just getting in the way?! I've been a personal trainer for over 12 years and one of the biggest excuses I've heard from people is that they haven't got time. Making time for yourself can help you deal with day-day life more easily and effectively. Even just allowing yourself "you" time a few hours per week. The buzz & feel good factor you get from training is something you'll never understand or experience until you start training. Training isn't just about getting fitter,stronger losing weight or getting more toned (although these things are really good), it's also proven to be good for your mental health & well-being. Currently, my client base is of varying ages, skill mix, ability & disability which in return keeps me learning different things on a daily basis. I specialise my training uniquely to each individual client. Everybody is at different stages of their health and fitness and we work on your personal goals. Gemma Robinson Following years of unrealistic quick fix diets, my husband introduced me to Lynsey who he had met through going to the gym himself and the personal training sessions commenced. I even enjoyed them that much I carried them on through my maternity leave (this wasn’t what I was expecting when I joined to loose weight and tone up may I add lol). Anyway I have found Lynsey to be supportive,honest and also has a wicked personality which makes the sessions really enjoyable as well as hard work when required to get the results I want. I soon learnt that starving myself from food to loose weight quickly was not a safe or long term realistic solution and looking good was not just about weight but about feeling good mentally and physically as well  which was more important.  I can honestly say so far that the whole experience has been extremely positive for me and it is the first time I have really enjoyed exercise and am looking forward to pleasing results as my sessions continue into the future. Diana Boardman Following a medical diagnosis and my consultant’s advice to take up vigorous exercise, I thought that finding the right personal trainer was going to be extremely difficult for a woman in her 50’s who had done very little exercise for over 20 years.
