What Can I Do For You?

Endeavour Personal Training operates from a purposely designed studio, providing a calm, relaxed training space where you can feel confident to train. We offer a less daunting training environment than a large commercial gym, where you know that your needs are being catered for without the distraction of other users.

As a trainer I have over 15 year’s experience in personal training. I qualified from Premier Training International, completing my Diploma in Fitness Instructing & Personal Training being my specialist area. In addition to this I have gained qualifications in kettlebells, TRX suspension training, strength coaching with the UK strength and conditioning association and circuit training.
