About Me

I create successful, bespoke fun training programmes for women wanting to lose weight, tone, gain strength or just want to feel better!

Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile and considering me as your trainer!

I am passionate about supporting women achieve their own fitness and health goals. I take a bespoke approach to training to ensure every client gets the programme and support they need to acheive their specific targets, whether these are fitness, weight or self esteem related.

My strengths - I have specific experience in body conditioning, strength and flexibility, functional movement and can provide programmes and sessions using a combination of strength training, cardio and high intensitiy work, yoga and meditation , this can be determined by you and what approach you want to take.

What makes my approach different - My personable attitude and truly bespoke training which flex's and moves to meet how you are feeling at any given time. This flexibility is what makes sure that every session is a useful and productive session and gives you what you need. I see my job as a balance of support and challenge. I will give you what you need whilst challenging you to acheive levels you may not have thought possible before.

My background - I have worked in the fitness industry since 1998, learning my trade in a number of roles including Gym Supervisor, Personal Trainer plus Fitness Instructor and Coach for a leading fitness retreat that was voted the UK's number one bootcamp. 

For the last 12 years I have built and developed my home from home personal training business and also teach a wide range of fitness classes in centre's around West Yorkshire.

I started PT sessions with Jayne as I had a long standing problem with my upper back which made exercise difficult and had gained a lot of weight. We started with resistance training in the swimming pool and swimming and in a short period of time I had significantly increased mobility and was able to get back into cardio and weight training. I have had a weekly session with Jayne ever since and the results have been amazing. From a miserable size 24 I am now a fit and active size 16 and still losing weight.
