So if you suffer from diabetes, can you still exercise? You should first check with your doctor there are some medical conditions can become worse as a result of the exercise. Your doctor will review your medical history and test you to check the condition of your heart, blood vessels, kidneys, eyes and nervous system.
If your doctor gives you the all clear to exercise, he should also be able to advise you as to which activities are suitable for you.
