About Me

A specialist Personal Trainer who works with people recovering from back pain and injury, older adults and postnatal recovery.

What Can I Do For You?

I have 18 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher. I have worked within the NHS for 10 years, in both Cardiac Rehabilitation and Musculo-skeletal Physiotherapy outpatients.

I specialise in working with people with back pain or recovering from injury or those with a medical condition.

I work with older adults on falls prevention, strength and mobility.

I also work with women experiencing menopausal symptoms and post-natal women getting back to where they want their bodies to be.

I teach yoga for mobility and injury prevention with athletes and sports teams.
