About Me

Personal Trainer based in N11 and E4, specialising in innovative, fun and specific training programmes for any age or fitness level.

What Can I Do For You?

I plan exercise programmes and sessions to help you achieve the results you are looking for, by using innovative, creative, fun and specific training systems to keep you challenged, motivated and confident in your training, no matter what your age or level of fitness. My clients always come first, and I’m very happy to tailor any training session exactly to your needs, taking into account all of your exercise likes and dislikes.

I have an extensive knowledge of many different types of training. Weight training, bootcamp, HiiT, rock climbing, mountaineering, ice climbing, and martial arts (I have a 1st Dan Black Belt in Hapkido) have helped me understand the importance of both the physical and mental aspects of training and conditioning, exercise, fat loss and weight loss. 

I can train you at your home, local park, online, or at my home gym in Bounds Green!  

I am a Level 3 certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.

Basic prices:

60 - 90 minute consultation and Fitness Assessment - £60
A single 60 minute 1-on-1 session - £65
A pack of 5 x 60 minute 1-on-1 sessions - £300 (£60 per session)

I also offer 30 minute sessions, sessions for two people and online training. Please check out my website for more details!
