What Can I Do For You?
I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer specialised in ante-and postnatal training. I have my own private studio in West London where I train my clients and where babies and toddlers are welcome. To make it more fun and cost effective, I can also accept couples or two friends training together.
My goal is to work with my clients to establish healthy habits that includes training, nutrition and other elements of health.
I pride myself in having over two decades worth of experience weight lifting and on top of that I have two small children myself. I know how hard it can be to fit in training when small children or when you have just given birth, I am here to help you to find a way to do so.
Consultations are always free and together we can figure out how to make you and your health a priority. I am in your team and we can make positive changes together.
What Are My Charges?
Prices start from £55.00 per session
- 10% off packages of 10 sessions or more for first time clients
- 10% off packages of 10 or more sessions during the first six months of maternity leave
- 5% off packages of 10 or more sessions for NHS workers and teachers
