What Can I Do For You?

I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer specialised in ante-and postnatal training. I have my own private studio in West London where I train my clients and where babies and toddlers are welcome. I also perform home visits.

My goal is to work with my clients to establish healthy habits that includes training, nutrition and other elements of health.

I pride myself in having over two decades worth of experience weight lifting and on top of that I have two small children myself. I know how hard it can be to fit in training when small children or when you have just given birth, I am here to help you to find a way to do so.

Consultations are always free and together we can figure out how to make you and your health a priority. I am in your team and we can make positive changes together.
